Ms. Bennett brings a wealth of expertise in disaster recovery and project management, specializing in FEMA Public Assistance (FEMA PA) across Emergency, Permanent, and Administration Categories, Federal Highway Administer Emergency Relief (FHWA ER) Program, and the Road Home Program. Her career has been marked by pivotal roles in large-scale debris monitoring projects, where she has overseen all phases and activities related to debris management from inception to completion.
Following the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Ms. Bennett played a crucial role in coordinating with local contractors to provide temporary housing and oversee property reconstruction for displaced renters and homeowners. Her commitment to maximizing recovery outcomes, while minimizing costs and ensuring projects are executed in a timely and safe manner, has been instrumental.
